Sam J. Kaufman began his career in the life insurance industry in 1968
and within five years formed Agent Support Services, Inc., a multi-life company agency.
Agent Support Services was one of the first multi-company life operations in the New
York area to provide value-added, computerized sales presentations. The firm grew rapidly
and soon became the leading agency with many of the companies it represented.
As a member of the Advisory board of several prominent insurers, Sam has played an important
role in product development and marketing. He has spoken before the New York Chapter of CLU/ChFC
and is a member of the Association of Advanced Life Underwriters.

Jay L.
Scheiner, JD, CLU, has always considered himself the "insurance
agent's agent," with precise product "fit" and complex underwriting as
his strengths.
Jay opened Agent Support Group's Long Island office in 1993. As a
leading brokerage manager for Phoenix Life in the infancy of survivor
life, Jay gained invaluable large case experience that translated well
when he opened Agent Support's Long Island agency in 1993.
As a CLU and a member of the Bar of New York and New Jersey, Jay is
experienced in advanced sales techniques. He has served on the board of
directors of the Nassau CLU/ChFC Society and Life Underwriters
Assocation (as Legislative Chairman). He has lectured before insurance
groups and has been published in national industry journals. Currently
he serves on the General Agents Advisory Board of a major insurer.
Jay has performed singing the National Anthem with Sam Kaufman at the
NAIFA Sales Congress for the past six years. He is involved in community
service, teaching Seamanship courses for The United States Power
Squadron. He holds a Master's License from the U.S. Coast Guard.

Gary Bleetstein began his career in the life insurance business in
1975 after graduating from American University. Gary is a third
generation life insurance professional, following in the footsteps of
his father and grandfather who were legends at The Equitable.
Starting his career with
The Equitable, Gary went on to learn what he knows best, the
Brokerage Business at National Benefit Life, American Crown Life and
over the last 15 years working with producers and advisors in New
York City.
Gary specializes in
providing extraordinary service with sophisticated case design,
financial and medical underwriting and the jumbo marketplace.
He has served in many
capacities on several carrier Advisory and Management committees,
served on the board of directors at NAILBA, is active in AALU and is
the 2007 Honoree for the NYC Life Insurance Division of the United
Jewish Appeal.
Gary holds series 6, 63
and 24 licenses, is a Registered Principal, and resides with his
family in Little Silver, New Jersey.
